PR for B2B and SaaS teams
Get quoted in the press. Pay when it runs.
Journalists ask for expert sources every day. We find the requests that fit your expert, draft the answers in their voice, and you approve each one. When a quote is published, you get a receipt and an invoice. Not before.
Put my expert forward
The deal
- $350 per published quote in a DR50+ outlet, $200 for DR30 to 49
- Nothing to pay if it doesn't run
- You approve every answer before it goes
- A receipt for every quote, showing whether it links to you
A receipt for every quote.
PR sellers count every syndicated copy as coverage. Our receipt shows exactly what ran, where, and whether it links to you.

How it works
- 1
A 30-minute intake
We learn how your expert talks and what they know. That's what keeps the drafts sounding like them.
- 2
You approve the answers
We draft answers to the requests that fit. Nothing is sent without your yes.
- 3
Pay for what runs
When a quote is published you get its receipt and the invoice. If it doesn't run, it costs nothing.
Why it works
- 01
It sounds like your expert
The intake covers how they talk and what they know, so every draft reads like them, not like an agency.
- 02
Only requests that fit
We answer the requests your expert can speak to with authority, not every one that mentions your industry.
- 03
No retainer
Quotes are billed when they run. Releases and story campaigns are a fixed price, agreed before we start.
What it costs
No retainers. Premium wires (Business Wire class) are quoted at cost plus $250.
- Expert quote
- $200 to $350
- Per published quote, by outlet DR. Billed only when it runs.
- Press release
- $490
- Written and distributed, with a pickup receipt. $350 if you write it.
- Story campaign
- $3,500
- Plus $250 per piece of earned coverage.
Fair questions
- Do press releases build links?
- Not many. Wire pickups are mostly copies on pages few people read. A release buys exposure, and the receipt lists every page it landed on.
- Can you guarantee coverage?
- No one honest can. That's why expert quotes are billed only when they run, and story campaigns charge per piece of coverage on top of a fixed fee.
- Do you sell guaranteed placements on news sites?
- No. Those networks get de-indexed and the links get hidden. If you want a link on a publication with readers, order it as a link and it comes with a receipt.
- Who's behind LinkHatch?
- LinkHatch is a service by Incify, a marketing company that has been building links for clients since 2017. We find the sites, write to every editor and check every link ourselves, and a person at Incify approves everything we send.
